Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

ZombieTrend ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AI video generation platform at zombietrend.art. We take your personal privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, handle, protect, and purge your information when utilizing our video generation tools.

2. Information We Collect

To generate cinematic match-cut videos, we collect only the minimum required data:

1. Uploaded Reference Portraits: The two image files you upload to serve as character anchors for the survivor and infected roles.
2. Order & Contact Details: Your email address (collected to deliver private order tracking and video delivery links) and transaction identifiers.
3. Payment Information: Billing transactions are handled directly through authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). ZombieTrend never stores complete credit card numbers on our infrastructure.
4. Technical Logs: Standard HTTP logs including IP address, browser type, and generation request timestamps to detect abuse and monitor queue performance.

3. How We Process Uploaded Images

• Neural Model Processing: Uploaded images are transmitted via encrypted TLS connections to our GPU inference clusters solely to extract character posture, facial geometry, and costume references for the 25-second animation.
• No Facial Recognition Selling: We do not sell, license, or monetize your facial images or personal likeness to third-party data brokers.
• No AI Model Training on Private Photos: Your uploaded portraits are not used to train generic foundational models without your explicit opt-in consent.

4. 14-Day Automated Data Purge

We enforce a strict data minimization policy:

• Uploaded input photos and final rendered MP4 video deliverables are stored securely for 14 calendar days to allow you to preview and download your order.
• After 14 days, input images and video files are permanently scheduled for automatic deletion from our active rendering storage.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We collaborate with trusted infrastructure partners to deliver the Service:

• GPU Inference Infrastructure: High-performance cloud rendering facilities executing state-of-the-art video models under confidentiality agreements.
• Payment Processors: PCI-DSS certified payment providers for secure checkout.
• Edge Delivery: Cloudflare global network for secure HTTPS delivery and DDoS defense.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request immediate deletion of your order, uploaded portraits, or email records at any time prior to the automated 14-day expiration. Contact our support team with your order number (VID-...).
