Refund Policy

1. Automatic Refunds for Generation Failures

If an AI video generation fails due to server timeout, capacity overflow, or technical processing errors, our automated system triggers a 100% full refund of the $6.99 fee back to your original payment method. You can follow your refund status directly on your private order page.

2. Completed Generations

Because AI video generation incurs immediate non-recoverable computing costs (GPU rendering and model inference), orders that successfully produce and deliver a 25-second video matching the approved storyboard cannot be refunded once delivered.

As disclosed on our homepage, AI generation involves artistic interpretation. Likeness, facial micro-expressions, and frame-perfect continuity are guided by your reference portraits but cannot be guaranteed 1:1.

3. Requesting Support or Manual Review

If you experience an issue where payment succeeded but your order status remained stuck without starting or refunding within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@zombietrend.art with your order number (`VID-...`). We will review the server logs and reissue the generation or approve a full refund within 1-2 business days.
