By accessing or using ZombieTrend at zombietrend.art (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our video generation services.

2. Description of Service

ZombieTrend provides automated AI video generation services that transform user-provided portraits into 25-second cinematic zombie-to-human match-cut videos in 720P HD resolution. The Service includes reference photo processing, automated video rendering, download links, and order management.

3. Uploaded Content and Likeness Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to upload and use the reference photos provided.
• Your uploaded photos do not depict minors without parental consent, nor do they infringe on any third party's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• You will not upload unlawful, sexually explicit, abusive, or non-consensual imagery.

4. Nature of AI Video Generation

AI neural video generation involves non-deterministic artistic interpretation:

• While our multi-shot cinematic pipeline seeks character consistency, frame-by-frame likeness and micro-expressions are synthesized approximations and cannot be guaranteed to match the reference photos with 100% photographic accuracy.
• Completed generations that match the chosen storyboard and format specifications are deemed accepted upon delivery.

5. Commercial and Personal Usage Rights

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to export, modify, monetize, and publish your delivered video outputs across social networks (such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and commercial creative projects. We claim no ownership over your delivered output files.

6. Payments and Refund Policy

• One-time Fee: Video generation is billed as a flat $6.99 one-time payment per video. There are no hidden fees or recurring subscriptions.
• Automated Failure Refunds: If video rendering fails due to server timeout, capacity constraints, or unrecoverable system errors, a 100% full refund is automatically issued to your payment method.

7. Data Retention and Storage

To protect your privacy and optimize server performance, input photos and generated MP4 files are retained in our secure processing queue for 14 calendar days from order creation, after which they are permanently deleted from our active rendering servers. You are encouraged to download your video promptly upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZombieTrend and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
